We are currently seeking a Solution Consultant with warehouse and manufacturing experience to support our sales regions around the world. NetSuite or other ERP experience and Mobile Data Collection experience will be a big plus in this role. This person will demonstrate multiple RF-SMART products by conducting online and in-person demos to existing Customers as well as work with the direct sales team to provide additional value to our customers based on their needs. What You'll Do - Support our Strategic Account Executives in their pursuit to retain customers and increase their utilization of RF-SMART. - Participate in marketing activities such as webinars, creating product videos, conference staffing, and presenting at events. - Identify operational pain points. - Provide guidance on customer challenges. - Perform refresher demos of RF-SMART products. - Lead Tips & Tricks sessions (NetSuite and RF-SMART). - Train RF-SMART SuperUsers. - Perform customer Health Checks. - Host webinars. - Identify upsell opportunities.
