For more than 40 years, RF-SMART has delivered advanced software solutions for distributors, manufacturers, and retailers worldwide. We are currently seeking a Solution Consultant with warehouse and manufacturing experience to support our sales regions around the world. NetSuite or other ERP experience and Mobile Data Collection experience will be a big plus in this role. This person will demonstrate multiple RF-SMART products by conducting online and in-person demos to existing Customers as well as work with the direct sales team to provide additional value to our customers based on their needs. What You'll Do - Support our Strategic Account Executives in their pursuit to retain customers and increase their utilization of RF-SMART. - Participate in marketing activities such as webinars, creating product videos, conference staffing, and presenting at events. - Identify operational pain points. - Provide guidance on customer challenges. - Perform refresher demos of RF-SMART products. - Lead Tips & Tricks sessions (NetSuite and RF-SMART). - Train RF-SMART SuperUsers. - Perform customer Health Checks. - Host webinars. - Identify upsell opportunities. Qualifications - 5+ years of NetSuite and WMS experience. - Moderate technical knowledge on databases/sources, Networks, and Printers. - Experience in warehousing and manufacturing. - Shipping knowledge (parcel, LTL, FTL) is a plus. - Working knowledge of Oracle NetSuite. Requirements - Must be a multitasker with excellent communication skills who is energized by working in a complex, dynamic, and fast-paced sales environment where your calendar can change daily. - Experienced working with sales team/executives; they will be your customers. - Must be able to work independently as you will most likely be working remotely from your home office. - Travel on average is 25% with periodic spikes; need to live within 1 hour of a major airport. - Ability to travel with short notice. - Employer does not sponsor applicants for employment visa status (e.g. H-1B visa status).
