Over time, you will enable the organization to operate with greater clarity and accountability, including: - Every department clearly understands and tracks their 3–5 most important KPIs - Leadership meetings are driven by data rather than opinion - Forecast accuracy improves over time - Risks related to churn, CAC efficiency, and inventory planning are identified early - The company operates proactively instead of reactively This position is ideal for someone who wants to grow from a senior analytics role into a broader data leadership position, working directly with executives while still remaining deeply connected to the analytics work that drives real business outcomes.
