• Analyze sales, marketing, and go-to-market performance to identify trends and opportunities • Evaluate marketing funnel effectiveness, campaign outcomes, and win/loss results • Independently source, analyze, and synthesize data from Salesforce, Excel, SQL-based sources, and external market data • Translate data into clear insights, stories, and recommendations for business leaders • Support strategic initiatives such as campaign measurement, market research, and growth analysis • Partner closely with sales, marketing, and sales operations teams to support decision-making • Deliver ad-hoc analysis to leadership as new business questions arise
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel skills for analysis and modeling
- Experience independently pulling and analyzing data from multiple sources
- Ability to clearly communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
