Provider Relations Lead Analyst

• Lead performance improvement initiatives across Provider Relations by translating analytics and insights into clear action plans that improve provider engagement and operational results. • Serve as a trusted coach and advisor, strengthening provider-facing communication, issue resolution, and relationship management capabilities. • Partner with Provider Relations leaders to reinforce standard work, best practices, and consistent messaging in provider interactions. • Observe and assess provider-facing behaviors, delivering timely, constructive coaching that supports skill growth and professionalism. • Support onboarding and ongoing development through targeted coaching, shadowing, and reinforcement of core skills. • Identify trends and root causes impacting performance and collaborate with cross-functional partners to implement sustainable solutions. • Translate policies, procedures, and operational updates into practical coaching guidance that supports day-to-day work. • Promote a provider-centric mindset that aligns with organizational values, service standards, and compliance expectations. • Track coaching themes, outcomes, and insights to inform continuous improvement efforts and leadership reporting. • Model effective communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building behaviors in all interactions.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Strong ability to analyze performance data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence, coach, and present to diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated collaboration skills and ability to build positive working relationships across teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Experience in a healthcare environment supporting Provider Relations, Accounts Receivable, or related operations.
  • Experience coaching or mentoring teams in provider-facing or customer-facing roles.
  • Experience supporting end-to-end Provider Relations operations within a PRO organization.
  • Familiarity with Provider Relations tools and workflows, including ART.
  • Healthcare claims systems experience or working knowledge of claims processing.
  • Experience leading or supporting process improvement initiatives across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience reporting performance, quality, or coaching results to leadership.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.

Role Description The BCBA Clinician practices under the close, ongoing supervision of the Clinical Director and is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction plans for their assigned learners as well as preparing their ongoing progress reports. The BCBA Clinician is also responsible for supervising the ongoing performance of their assigned clinicians (BACB Trainees and BCaBAs) and RBTs. The BCBA Clinician provides assistance to learners, families, and team members by providing an appropriate, safe, and supportive learning environment. Job Duties: - Attend to and resolve parent, staff, and learner concerns under close supervision of the Clinical Director - Conduct intake assessments and generate reports, as assigned - Oversee an assigned caseload of learners - Develop treatment goals that are objective, measurable, and provide clear planning toward discharge - Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans, ensuring learners are making optimal progress and plans are implemented with high fidelity. Use professional knowledge and independent judgment to strategize continuous improvements. - Create behavior programming to support the development of appropriate behavior while reducing inappropriate behavior - Conduct ongoing assessment when necessary, including but not limited to the following: PEAK, VB-MAPP, Functional Analyses, ABLLS, AFLS, preference assessments, functional analyses, etc. - Write ongoing progress reports according to funder guidelines - Provide direct ABA therapy to children with Autism and related developmental disabilities across the clinic, home, and community, as needed - Consult with colleagues, collaborate/consult with caregivers and other professionals (e.g., daycare, medical professionals, SLP, OT, etc.), and work as a team to best support each learner.
