Brightwell

This description is a summary of our understanding of the job description. Click on 'Apply' button to find out more. Role Description We're looking for a Product Manager to own the front-end mobile experience across iOS and Android for our financial institution partners. You'll work closely with the Director of Product on roadmap strategy and collaborate daily with engineers, designers, and cross-functional teammates — with real ownership of your feature areas and the trust to move quickly. - Create the mobile roadmap in partnership with the Director of Product, collaborating on strategy and owning the execution of features built on iOS and Android for our FI partners and their end users. - Own the payment experiences like send flows, recipient management, transaction tracking, and delivery options for both domestic and international transfers that are intuitive, fast, and trustworthy. - Feature discovery and prioritization grounded in user research, analytics, and direct FI feedback. - Set the quality bar for what ships. You’re embedded with mobile engineers, designers, and backend/API teams, not handing off specs from a distance. - Establish product metrics that measure real value: adoption, engagement, completion rates, and customer satisfaction. - Stakeholder communication including feature updates, release notes, and demos across internal teams and external FI partners. - Take control of the backlog: well-organized, clearly prioritized, and always ready for the team to pull from. Qualifications - 3+ years in product management with meaningful time spent on mobile (iOS/Android) banking or payments products. - Strong knowledge of compliance, transaction monitoring, fraud detection, and how the regulatory landscape shapes product decisions. - Shipped mobile features you can point to that demonstrate craft, user empathy, and business impact. - Experience working with financial institutions or in B2B2C models where you’re balancing the needs of a platform partner and an end user. - Comfort with data: you pull your own analytics, run experiments, and let evidence guide your decisions. - Technical fluency. You don’t need to write the code, but you understand mobile architecture, API dependencies, and platform constraints well enough to have real conversations with engineers. - Proficiency with AI tools as part of your daily workflow. You use them to move faster, think more clearly, and amplify your team’s output. - Strong communication skills. You can write clearly, present to stakeholders, and keep cross-functional teams aligned. - The ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment where you take initiative, ask for help when you need it, and contribute to a culture of shared ownership. Bonus Points if You Have - Background in UX or design thinking that elevates your product instincts. - Familiarity with Visa, Mastercard, or other payment network integrations. - Experience building SDK-driven or white-label mobile experiences for partner distribution. - Experience with process automation or building operational efficiencies into product workflows. Benefits - This is a remote position open to candidates currently residing in FL, GA, IL, or TX. - Atlanta-area candidates will work hybrid (2 days/week in office at The Battery). - All other candidates will work fully remote, with quarterly travel to Atlanta required.
