Sales Compensation Manager

• Own the design, execution, and optimization of sales compensation programs • Partner with Sales Leadership, Finance, and RevOps to design compensation plans that drive the right behaviors • Model compensation scenarios to support quota setting, territory planning, and incentive optimization • Ensure commission plans are executed accurately and consistently across all eligible roles and regions • Build and deliver reporting on commissions, attainment, earnings distribution, and plan effectiveness • Manage and optimize sales compensation systems and integrations across CRM, commission tools, and data sources • Act as the subject matter expert for compensation systems, workflows, and data integrity • Serve as the primary point of contact for sales compensation questions from sales teams and leadership

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales compensation, commissions management, revenue operations, or a related function
  • Experience supporting B2B SaaS sales teams, preferably in a high-growth or scale environment
  • Hands-on experience managing commission calculations, payouts, and dispute resolution
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce) and sales compensation or analytics tools
  • Advanced Excel or spreadsheet skills and experience with automation and reporting tools
