Director of Sales
Intelliguard®
• Develop and execute a comprehensive North American sales strategy predominantly focused on the US market , to drive revenue growth and market penetration. • Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities and refine go-to-market tactics. • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align on messaging, pipeline generation, and customer engagement. • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of sales executives and account managers to exceed performance targets. • Establish KPIs, dashboards, and forecasting methodology to ensure pipeline accuracy and accountability. • Implement scalable sales processes, including territory planning, account segmentation, and enterprise selling frameworks. • Build and strengthen executive relationships within hospitals, IDNs, health systems, specialty pharmacies, and related healthcare ecosystems. • Lead enterprise-level negotiations, proposals, and contract execution. • Identify opportunities for channel partnerships and strategic alliances to increase market reach. • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to relay market feedback, feature needs, and customer insights. • Support Marketing in creating targeted campaigns and attending key industry events, conferences, and tradeshows. • Work closely with Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding, high adoption, and long-term client satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within healthcare technology, med-tech, or pharmacy automation.
- Proven success selling into hospitals, health systems, IDNs, or pharmacy markets.
- Strong understanding of capital equipment, RFID/IoT solutions, clinical workflow automation, or medication management technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and scale high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and executive presentation skills.
- Ability to travel up to 40–50% across North America.
