Senior Account Executive

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through close targeting thrift organizations, retail, and restaurant groups (typically 20–75+ locations) • Lead discovery, demos, and stakeholder presentations across complex buying groups including Operations, Marketing, IT, and Executive teams • Negotiate contracts, design customized deal structures, and manage multi-stakeholder buying processes • Build relationships with enterprise customers and identify expansion and upsell opportunities • Operate autonomously across multiple enterprise sales motions and verticals • Partner cross-functionally with Implementation and Customer Success to support onboarding, rollout, and long-term account success • Develop tailored rollout strategies by vertical and identify patterns to refine messaging and sales playbooks • Manage deals with strong organization, communication, and follow-through • Mentor junior AEs and contribute to overall deal and account strategy

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years quota-carrying Account Executive experience (enterprise or upper midmarket)
  • Proven success closing complex, multi-location deals
  • Experience selling into retail and/or restaurant environments strongly preferred
  • Strong executive presence and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage long sales cycles independently
  • Comfortable operating across multiple verticals
