• Build and maintain automated test suites for the full tech stack including UI, API, Microservices, and Database. • Contribute tool analysis, create proof of concept models, and make recommendations to support the tools selection process. • Actively participate in reviews of technical specifications and program code with architects & developers. • Perform functional/ regression tests, analyze automated test results, and report defects in a timely manner. • Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to support continuous testing and deployment. • Design and document comprehensive test strategies, testing guidelines, standard operating procedures, utilities, and tooling to improve the efficiency of test automation.

• Reviewing test cases created by test analysts and providing feedback or applying necessary updates • Analyzing business requirements and coordinating with Business Analysts and Subject Matter Experts • Identifying test conditions and creating detailed test cases • Conducting and participating in peer reviews of test cases and test plans • Creating and conditioning test data for execution • Executing manual and automation tests according to approved test plans • Documenting test results and reporting defects accurately • Evaluating test outcomes and validating system functionality • Retesting, validating, and closing defects as appropriate • Validating release notes prior to deployment • Submitting daily status reports and providing testing updates • Identifying, documenting, and reporting risks • Coordinating with onshore and offshore teams • Managing day-to-day implementation of the GTS testing process • Completing assigned technical or domain learning within defined timeframes • Complying with all company policies and standards

• Own the design and evolution of automated testing frameworks ensuring product reliability. • Define and implement end-to-end, API, and local application testing strategies. • Own test environment setup and maintenance. • Lead defect identification, prevention, and resolution efforts. • Collaborate with Engineering and DevOps to improve CI/CD through automation and performance testing. • Identify gaps, propose solutions, and lead improvements to QA processes across the organization. • Proactively communicate risks related to tools, technology, or testing processes as they arise.

• Be an independent, self-motivated, proactive, detailed and results-oriented individual and take ownership of Quality Assurance and testing. • Closely interact and collaborate with distributed teams across different time zones. (Scrum masters, developers, Product Owners and QA), participate in required test activities, deliverables and test schedules, including delivery priorities, and test automation. • Understand how changes impact work upstream and downstream for various back-end and front-end dependencies, modules, APIs and client apps. • Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate automated testing activities. • Accelerate our current test automation coverage across our product UIs and APIs. • Develop and execute suites of automation test plans, test cases for inclusion in regression, automation for newly integrated features, and development of tools to augment QA and Engineering testing. • Design, develop and implement test harnesses, and cross-platform test automation for the testing of APIs, and Web App User Interfaces. • Define test data conditions, develop functional, integration, performance and API test suites along with necessary libraries, shared components and object models for continuous testing. • While automation is your main focus, actively participate in all phases of testing including performing manual/exploratory testing. • Participate in analysis of user stories, requirements, pass-fail criteria, test design, defect logging and tracking. • Conduct test case and code reviews to ensure scenarios accurately capture requirements. • Actively engage in root cause analysis, defect reporting and triaging. • Identify and drive improvements to our software and development processes for assurance and defect prevention. • Influence and drive quality and testability of software products and services. • Mentor junior engineers, new team members and apply technical expertise to challenging problems relating to quality engineering.
