Role Description Data Analysts are responsible for supporting the ongoing management and maintenance of operational data within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. This role focuses on implementing new menu items, maintaining pricing and fees, managing customer and vendor master data, and supporting ad-hoc reporting needs across the organization. The analyst will work closely with Finance, Operations, and IT teams to ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and timely reporting. This position plays a key role in maintaining core business data and supporting system users. Responsibilities and Associated Duties: - Implement new menu items and maintain item data within D365 - Maintain and update pricing structures, fees, and related configuration within D365 - Create and maintain customer and vendor master data - Maintain and update operational data across the D365 platform - Support ad-hoc reporting requests using SQL and available reporting tools - Extract, analyze, and validate data from ERP systems to support operational and financial reporting - Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity across system records - Assist business users with data-related requests and troubleshooting - Identify opportunities to improve data processes and system efficiency - Work with Finance, Operations, and IT teams to ensure accurate system configuration and reporting outputs - Document processes related to ERP data maintenance and reporting procedures Measures of Success: - Accurate and timely implementation of new items, pricing, and data updates within D365 - Timely completion of ad-hoc reporting requests - Maintenance of high data quality standards within ERP systems - Effective support of business users across Finance and Operations - Identification and resolution of data issues impacting business processes - Clear communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders - Adaptability to changing business priorities and needs Qualifications - Prior experience working with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred) - Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis - Experience managing or maintaining operational or financial data within business systems - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into data or reporting solutions - Strong attention to detail and data accuracy - Effective communication and collaboration skills - Experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI Benefits - Flexibility to design benefit selections best suited for employee needs - Full Time employees eligible for healthcare and supplemental benefits on the first day of the month, following 30 days of employment - 401 (K) Retirement Plan with a discretionary 100% employer match of the first 6% of participant contributions - Three (3) medical plans to choose from, with an excellent employer contribution - Available Dental and Vision insurance - Company paid basic life insurance, with the option to elect additional voluntary term life - Company paid short-term and long-term disability insurance - Available supplemental benefits, including critical illness, accident insurance, hospital indemnity insurance and pet insurance - Health Savings Account and Flexible Spending Account available (for eligible plans) - Generous Vacation Program for full time employees - Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Job Requirements
