Technical Solutions Manager

• Lead the end-to-end technical integration process with your assigned health system customers • Ensure seamless data exchange through industry standards such as FHIR, HL7, and OAuth2 • Collaborate with internal teams to implement best practices and maintain high standards for system performance, security, and stability • Act as the integration & technical point of contact for the customer success team • Provide timely support and guidance during critical phases of the customer lifecycle • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure customer needs are met
Job Requirements
- Strong experience with healthcare integration technologies, including SSO, FHIR, HL7, OAuth2, and RESTful APIs
- Understanding of IT infrastructure within health systems and experience working with tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, PostgreSQL, and GCP
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a technical integration, solutions engineering, or similar role within the healthcare space, ideally working with EHR systems and health system IT teams.
