• Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple client engagements, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification • Partner closely with engineering teams working across various tech stacks (cloud, Gen AI, web, mobile, data, and emerging technologies) • Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into actionable business insights • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with clients and internal teams • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolve blockers, and drive continuous improvement in delivery processes • Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, status reports, and executive dashboards • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance

Job Requirements

  • 5-7 years of hands-on technical project management experience
  • Demonstrated success delivering complex technology projects on time in a consulting or agency environment
  • Strong working knowledge of various tech stacks and the ability to engage meaningfully with engineering teams
  • Excellent communication skills – you can clearly articulate ideas to technical and non-technical audiences alike
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Deep expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Wrike or similar)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Agile delivery leadership

  • KPI and CSF tracking/reporting
