Job Description

Account Executive

Gamesight

Salary Range: $160,000 - $200,000 OTE At Gamesight, we're building something special in the games industry, and we need the right people to take it to market. We're looking for someone with the instincts of a Witcher: relentless on the trail, sharp enough to read the room, and wise enough to know the best contracts are won through craft, not luck. You know the publisher landscape, you own your pipeline, and you're ready to grow your skills alongside a team that has your back when the monsters get big. This is your School of the Wolf moment. 🐺 You'll work closely with our CRO and collaborate across our Campaign, Tech, and Ops teams, bringing Gamesight's attribution technology and influencer services to the publisher decision-makers who need them most. What you'll do: - Hunt and generate new business by activating your existing network of publisher marketing and UA decision-makers - Execute targeted prospecting and move efficiently from pre-sales through outreach to close, owning every stage of your pipeline without handing off mid-cycle. - Work in tandem with colleagues to craft and deliver expertly built pitches that blend influencer campaign strategy with attribution data. - Forge relationships with new customers and effectively position Gamesight as the solution, getting the right people on calls and addressing their specific pain points with precision. - Develop deep proficiency in our full product suite (attribution platform, creator programs, and influencer services) so you can demo and speak to value independently. - Serve as your customers' internal champion, liaising between publishers and our tech, ops, and campaign teams to make sure deals land and customers win. - Maintain accurate, detailed CRM data with clear progression notes and report pipeline status to the CRO with consistency. - Represent Gamesight at major industry events (GDC, Gamescom, and beyond), turning hallway conversations into qualified pipeline. - Stay ahead of the meta across Twitch, YouTube Gaming, and TikTok to speak credibly about the creator ecosystem our customers live in. Who you'll work with: - You'll report directly to the CRO and work closely with them to build pipeline, hit quota, and sharpen your enterprise sales craft. - You’ll partner up with our Solutions Engineers to help you better understand, tailor, and sell our marketing attribution software. - You’ll work closely with Influencer Campaign Managers and Data Analysts to help craft your influencer campaign proposals. - You’ll have access to supporting team members and resources across departments to help you progress and close deals – even when you’re out of the office. Requirements: - 3+ years selling directly to game publisher marketing or UA teams. 🎯 - 3+ years selling one or more of the following: influencer services, ad tech, media, video advertising, or branded content. 🎥 - Experience owning a sales pipeline end-to-end: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing. 💻 - Familiarity of Twitch/Twitter/YouTube Gaming space, its trends, and its influencers. 🧠 - Strong interpersonal, emailing, writing, and speaking skills. 📝 - Ready to learn, compete in a dynamic and fast-paced industry. 🚤 - Advanced skills with basic computer software (Slack, Google Workspace, CRM). 🖥 - You are eager to learn. As a pioneer in a new space, there are still uncharted territories to be explored. You have a hunger for learning and an interest in being the best at what you do. 📚 - Located in the US, preferably in SF, LA, or Seattle. Nice to Haves: - Existing relationships with Gamesight's current customers and prospects, major publishers like: Bungie, 2K, Capcom, Scopely, WB Games, Ubisoft, Sega, Xbox, Riot Games, Roblox, etc. - Previous sales or partnerships experience at a gaming influencer or creator marketing agency. 🕵️ - Deep understanding of paid media / user acquisition for pc/console or mobile games is a huge plus ➕ - Active presence in gaming communities — Discord, social, events. 🏆 - Fluent in more than one language. 🗣️ Success in 90 Days: - You are aware of Gamesight policies, guidelines, teams, and roles. - You activate your existing relationships with publishers to generate sales opportunities. - You can access all tools and resources required for you to be effective – you also understand how to use these tools within Gamesight’s processes. - You understand Gamesight’s methodology and approach to influencer campaigns, creator programs, and community-building. - You understand our dashboard and its capabilities for both campaigns and attribution. - You've added multiple qualified opportunities from target accounts to the pipeline. - You've expanded Gamesight's presence in target accounts using your existing network. - You're developing your own strategies for winning enterprise-level deals against competitors and sharing these insights with team members. Why Gamesight? - Gamesight empowers publishers to build strong communities, engage the right influencers, and effectively measure marketing performance against actual sales and installs. 📈 - Work in a flexible and independent environment. 💪🏻 - We are business advisors to major game developers and publishers and assist them in launching some of the world's most successful and loved games. 😎 - Work with gaming's top influencers and the communities that make games great.🏆 - Enjoy perks like medical, dental & vision coverage, unlimited vacation and sick leave, 401k with 3% matching, and annual budgets for learning, gaming, and working from home. ✨ - Contribute to the rare combination of strong team morale + a remote work-from-home setup. Meet up with colleagues at events, dinners, and our annual all-hands trip. 🎮💥 Gamesight's Principles - 🎮 Gaming is our core- We are all-in on gaming. We obsess over the quirks of the games marketing ecosystem, creating purpose-built solutions, and anticipating customer needs like no one else. Our expertise in data and marketing creates value for customers, but our shared passion is what builds enduring relationships. And as gamers, we have more fun with our work, too! - 🚀 Our customers’ growth is our obsession- Our commitment is always to the customer and their success. We grow when our customers grow, so we use the full power of our expertise and data to help them be successful. Our most successful customers don’t just come to us for one-off engagements, but work with us year after year as long-term partners to expand their business. Our aim is to make Gamesight known for exceeding expectations and delighting those we work with. - 🧙‍♂️ Data is our magic- We are pioneers and innovators in the field of data analytics. We discover insights that transform businesses and inspire the games industry. We will never stop inventing and looking for new ways to interpret how communities form, games are played, and new products are discovered. - 🤝 Teamwork makes the dream work- We are exploring uncharted territory and inventing new solutions. We believe that diversity of backgrounds, ideas, and skills multiplies our ability to solve these problems by looking at our challenges from as many angles as possible. Our team is collaborative, supportive, and accountable to one another. We earn trust with each other so we can work quickly, stay flexible, learn from our losses, and achieve more as a team. - 🗓️ Think in Years- We prioritize long-term customer success over short-term gains. In our small industry, trust is paramount. We won't compromise our core values for quick wins, even if that means recommending competitors or turning down business. Equal Opportunity: We are an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, age, national origin, disability status, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. For us, this is the only acceptable way to do business.
