Represent the Market and the Brand - Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive activity within the health plan and TPA markets to inform sales strategy. - Represent Valenz at national conferences, industry forums, and executive networking events to enhance brand presence and generate strategic opportunities. - Serve as a market-facing subject matter resource on payment integrity, bringing insight and best practices to sophisticated payer organizations. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential duties. What You’ll Bring to the Team: - 10+ years of enterprise sales experience within healthcare, with a focus on complex solution selling into health plans and/or TPAs. - Proven success closing large, multi-year enterprise contracts in payment integrity, claims review, bill review, or broader medical cost containment solutions. - Demonstrated ability to navigate formal RFP processes, procurement negotiations, and complex contracting environments. - Established executive-level relationships and credibility engaging senior payer leaders (CFO, COO, CIO, SVP of Claims, and related roles). - Strong understanding of payer operations, claims workflows, reimbursement models, and medical cost drivers. - Experience managing long, consultative sales cycles across multi-stakeholder buying groups. A plus if you have… - Experience selling performance-based or shared-savings arrangements. - Knowledge of CMS guidelines, commercial claims adjudication processes, or clinical audit methodologies. - Experience selling pre-pay and post-pay payment integrity solutions. - Familiarity with stop-loss dynamics, reference-based pricing, or value-based plan designs.
