Enterprise Talent Acquisition Partner – Finance

• Lead full cycle recruiting for Finance positions across all levels of positions, from interns to senior leadership. • Partner with hiring leaders to understand short- and long-term workforce needs and develop strategies to meet talent needs. • Develop tailored and creative sourcing strategies to ensure high visibility of roles and attract diverse and highly qualified Finance professionals. • Advocate for best-in-class candidate experience. • Generate leads by utilizing a variety of job boards, sourcing tools and channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, Indeed, Handshake, networking, employee referrals, diversity partnerships and professional associations. • Leverage resources to recruit the highest caliber candidates through online social networking, community involvement, career and job fairs, professional networking, and local media sources. • Develop a network of candidates and nurture prospect pools and pipelines. • Advise hiring leaders of talent trends and best practices for evaluating Finance talent. • Assist with internal hiring efforts by assessing teammates for different or more senior positions. • Lead or contribute to recruiting projects and events. • Utilize the talent CRM to log all activity, notes, track and analyze recruiting metrics to drive continuous improvement and provide data-driven insights. • Leverage technology, apply AI and data-driven recruitment practices to improve talent identification, efficiency and candidate experience. • Apply company programs, practices and procedures related to the recruitment cycle in compliance with federal, state and local law. • Work closely with other Regional Team Resources teammates to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new teammates.
Job Requirements
- CPA, CFA, MBA or other professional designation (preferred).
- 3-7 years of Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 3 years focused on Finance recruiting.
- Strong understanding of Finance functions, roles and competencies
- Proven ability to sources and engage passive candidates in competitive markets.
- Experience working a dynamic, high-growth or decentralized environment.
