Virtual Rockstar is hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Insurance Verification & Authorization Specialist for our client's team to support a growing rehabilitation clinic network based in the Mountain Time Zone. In this fully remote position, you will play a key role in supporting clinical and administrative operations—ensuring smooth, timely, and compassionate service to patients and families. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for someone experienced in insurance verification, prior authorizations, and claims support. The VA will work across multiple clinics, collaborating with in-person staff to reduce workload and improve efficiency. Responsibilities - Insurance-Related Tasks - Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits (Availity, UHC, Cigna, Medicaid, Medicare, Railroad, regional payers) - Obtain prior authorizations - Assist with re-verifications during year-end periods - Document insurance details in Prompt EMR - Claims & Billing Expansion - Support claims follow-up and calls to insurance providers (future phase) - Patient Intake & Scheduling - Assist with intake data as needed - Support PCCs in insurance-related workflows - Communication & Coordination - Collaborate with PCCs and admin staff for smooth workflow - Attend PCC-related meetings and contribute to discussions - Data Entry & Documentation - Maintain accurate insurance and authorization records - Use clinic-provided email domain for secure portal access Qualifications - At least 1 year of experience in medical admin support or VA work - Familiarity with U.S. insurance verification workflows - Strong communication and organizational skills - Fluent spoken and written English - Comfortable working Mountain Time Zone business hours Benefits - Competitive salary commensurate with experience. - Opportunities for professional development and growth. - Work in a dynamic and supportive team environment. - Make a meaningful impact by helping to build and strengthen families across the globe.

As an Inside Property Adjuster within the Property Central Specialty Office, you will provide exceptional service to our policyholders. Working remotely from your home office, your primary responsibility will involve virtually inspecting damages, investigating coverage, preparing estimates, and settling insurance claims promptly and accurately. You will be interacting with customers, contractors, and vendors through various software platforms such as Xactimate and ClaimsX Video Collaboration. This communication will take place through different channels, including voice calls, email, and text messages.
