Job Description

Senior Social Media Manager for DTC Company (US-Based, Remote)

Paired

Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency that pairs remote work with top-tier talent. We help individuals from around the world connect with great companies that are looking for their specific skill set. Our mission is to provide great jobs to talented people, no matter where they are located. We’re looking for a Senior Social Media Manager who doesn’t just “run accounts” — you build brands, lead teams, shape messaging, and turn social into a scalable growth channel. The Senior Social Media Manager will own the entire social ecosystem at Larine — strategy, execution, team building, creator partnerships, brand voice, internal messaging, and performance optimization. You’ll be responsible for transforming social into a structured, scalable content machine that drives awareness, trust, and revenue. This is a leadership role for someone who understands branding at a deep level, knows how to work with creators, and can build both systems and people. Key Responsibilities: 1. Social Strategy & Execution - Develop and execute a multi-platform social strategy (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc.) - Build monthly and quarterly content roadmaps aligned with product launches and campaigns - Oversee daily posting, scheduling, engagement, and optimization - Turn performance data into actionable content pivots 2. Brand Voice & Internal Messaging - Define and protect Larine’s voice across all social platforms - Translate complex oral health science into clear, relatable messaging - Create internal brand messaging frameworks for creators and team members - Ensure consistency across ads, organic content, influencers, and product education 3. Creator & Influencer Leadership - Develop and scale a structured creator program - Write briefs that actually inspire strong performance - Build long-term creator relationships, not one-off transactions - Review UGC and refine it to maximize hooks, clarity, and conversions - Collaborate closely with paid media to identify winning creatives 4. Team Building & Systems - Build and manage the social team (in-house and/or freelance) - Create SOPs for content production, editing, publishing, and reporting - Implement workflow systems to scale content output - Train junior team members and creators on brand voice and messaging 5. Performance & Growth - Track KPIs: engagement, retention, saves, shares, click-through, revenue attribution - Identify repeatable content formats and double down on winners - Partner with paid media to turn organic winners into scalable ads - Drive measurable growth in followers, community engagement, and revenue

Job Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience managing social media for DTC, ecommerce, or consumer brands
  • Proven experience growing Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video platforms
  • Experience working with UGC creators and influencers
  • Strong understanding of short-form content strategy (hooks, storytelling, retention)
  • Ability to plan and execute monthly content calendars and campaign launches
  • Experience using tools such as Later, Hootsuite, Sprout, or native scheduling tools
  • Comfortable analyzing social performance metrics (engagement rate, watch time, saves, shares, CTR)
  • Ability to identify winning content formats and iterate quickly
  • Experience collaborating with paid media teams to turn organic content into ads
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
  • Ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging content
  • Experience maintaining consistent brand voice across platforms
  • Ability to provide clear creative direction and feedback on content

  • Full-time
  • Competitive Salary in USD
  • Work From Anywhere
