Senior Media Buyer

Role Description We are looking for a Senior Media Buyer with proven experience managing high daily budgets ($5K–$10K+), ideally in competitive or restricted verticals (finance, trading, crypto, lead gen). You should be comfortable scaling campaigns, testing creatives rapidly and navigating account instability or restrictions when needed. - Plan, launch, and optimize high-budget Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns - Scale campaigns from testing phase to $5K–$10K+ daily spend - Build and manage campaign structures (CBO, ABO, scaling strategies) - Continuously test creatives (hooks, angles, UGC, formats) - Monitor and optimize performance (CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS, LTV) - Identify and solve performance drops (creative fatigue, audience saturation, etc.) Qualifications - Proven experience managing daily ad on Meta - Strong track record of scaling profitable campaigns - Experience in finance, trading, crypto or lead generation is a strong plus - Deep understanding of performance metrics and optimization workflows - Ability to break down performance issues (CPM / CTR / CVR) and act fast - Hands-on experience with creative testing and iteration Benefits - Fully remote setup - High-impact role with budget responsibility - Fast-moving, performance-driven team - Opportunity to scale campaigns globally Company Description At Falcon Funded, we help traders unlock their full potential.
