Role Description Reporting to the IT Project Manager, the Program Manager is an important role in implementing the technology strategy throughout ECS. This individual will manage processes related to establishing and standardizing the technology stack across 50+ Operating Companies in ECS. Working with IT and Operational leadership, the Program Manager ensures technology is identified, reviewed, and implemented in as standard a way as possible across multiple environments. As new technology and applications are requested, the Program Manager is responsible for ensuring complete Security, Legal, and API reviews are performed and documented. This position is based in McLean, Virginia. However, candidates in other locations and meeting the requirements below may be considered. Compensation Range: $94,000 - $124,000. This position is bonus eligible. Essential Duties & Responsibilities - Deliver excellent support to ECS Operating Companies through exceptional customer service. - Provide guidance to ECS and to ECS Operating Companies selecting new technologies. - Manage the end-to-end software intake and the software review process for multiple technologies across multiple Operating Companies simultaneously. - Evaluate proposed software solutions against approved enterprise platforms, architectures, and standards. - Collect and prepare required security, privacy, risk, and legal documentation for software reviews. - Make decisions related to standardization across vendor contracts. - Provide support to all software review participants as needed. - Facilitate review meetings as needed. - Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Ensure that both ECS and EMCOR standards are met in all reviews. - Document details of software integrations and API usage. - Manage all software, quote, and SOW reviews ensuring accurate tracking and auditability. - Ensure all documents are executed in accordance with ECS and EMCOR standards. - Validate contractual scope, deliverables, and references prior to execution or renewal. Qualifications - Five (5) years of user support experience, preferably in a construction or engineering organization. - Demonstrated experience working on multiple deadlines. - Experience with requirements gathering and analysis. - Ability to work effectively both independently and in teams. - Ability to communicate effectively at all levels. - Ability to travel as business need arises. - Ability to understand and follow Corporate Security & IT policies.
