Role Description You will support procurement and supply chain operations within a large-scale technology environment, focusing on networking hardware purchasing and supplier coordination. This role sits at the intersection of procurement, finance, and supply chain operations, ensuring purchase orders are created, approved, and processed efficiently while meeting service level agreements (SLAs). This role offers highly varied work and the opportunity to collaborate with senior stakeholders while supporting high-visibility procurement activities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities - Support networking procurement initiatives related to hardware purchasing and supplier coordination. - Manage operational procurement workflows including purchase order placement and approval routing. - Partner with procurement teams to ensure orders are aligned with approved contracts, pricing, and SKU requirements. - Identify and resolve blockers impacting procurement workflows or order processing. - Ensure procurement tasks are completed within established service level agreements (SLAs). - Maintain procurement records, documentation, and operational checklists related to purchase orders and supplier engagement. - Track procurement activity within internal systems and queues. - Support reporting and analysis through data queries and dashboard development where needed. - Develop operational documentation to support procurement processes and approvals. - Work within enterprise financial and procurement tools to place and manage purchase orders. - Validate purchase order details, contract pricing, and supplier alignment within procurement systems. - Support process improvements and system updates impacting procurement operations. - Collaborate closely with procurement teams, finance partners, networking teams, and other internal stakeholders. - Partner with stakeholders to ensure networking hardware SKUs and orders are properly aligned with procurement requirements. Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP/Oracle financial tools (additional experience with other financial tools is a plus). - Minimum 5 years of experience with pricing contracts and approvals, including Purchase Orders. - Minimum 5 years of experience with supply chain and/or procurement, preferably with networking hardware. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Ability to manage operational queues and prioritize multiple procurement tasks. - Strong problem-solving ability to identify blockers and coordinate resolution. - Experience working with reporting and analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, or SQL. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market. For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $33.65-36.54 USD/hourly. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications and could fall outside the stated range. You will work collaboratively with your UK counterpart and the Shop Space and Planning team (Store Design and Construction).
