Qualifications - 3+ years of relevant accounting experience, with a combination of public accounting (Big 4 preferred) and industry experience. - BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA strongly preferred or in progress. - Advanced Excel skills and experience handling large datasets. - Solid knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SOX, and highly analytical with attention to detail. - Experience in SaaS/Tech or high-growth industries preferred. - Strong problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement. - Experience supporting SOX compliance programs, external audits, and applying ASC guidance (340, 842, 718) a plus. - Familiarity with accounting and financial systems such as FloQast, NetSuite, Coupa, Ramp, or Jira is advantageous. - Ability to work business hours in the PST time zone.
