• Build and maintain strong relationships with regulators, law-enforcement agencies, financial authorities, and public institutions across Brazil and LATAM • Represent Crystal in industry associations, working groups, and public-sector initiatives • Monitor, analyze, and report on regulatory developments related to digital assets, cryptocurrencies, stablecoins, and financial services • Provide regulatory insights to internal teams to support product positioning and market strategy • Partner closely with Sales Executives to create, identify and develop new pipeline opportunities • Support opportunity creation and deal progression through regulatory and compliance expertise • Assist with RFPs, regulatory questionnaires, and compliance-related sales materials • Join customer and prospect calls as a regulatory and subject-matter expert • Support renewal conversations and account growth for strategic clients • Support ongoing client relationships and advise on crypto-regulatory frameworks and policy development • Lead and manage digital-asset risk and regulatory advisory engagements across the region • Own and continuously improve Crystal’s training programs for government agencies and institutions • Design and deliver virtual and onsite training sessions in LATAM • Conduct regulatory and market research and produce qualitative and quantitative reports • Collaborate with Product, Business Development, and Marketing to create content that supports thought leadership and brand visibility • Develop messaging tailored to specific industries, personas, and regulatory audiences • Contribute to webinars, events, and industry presentations

• Support Kyndryl’s overall Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Compliance program • Execute various aspects of the SOX Compliance program including planning, scoping, controls testing program and tracking and aggregation of overall control deficiencies • Provide input in scoping and planning the timing of the company’s SOX activities • Understand internal control deficiencies and obtain adequate documentation to perform assessment and aggregation of company-wide control deficiencies • Collaborate with process owners to understand key controls and significant processes changes • Prepare clear and concise deliverables • Support special projects around internal control and process improvements

• Execute the enterprise governance, risk and compliance program for Sellers Dorsey • Align compliance capabilities with organizational strategy and growth goals • Assist the GRC Manager with the organization’s risk strategy and compliance programs (HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST) • Assist with third-party security risk management to ensure proactive protection of systems and data • Ensure clear and persistent communication with all business units (e.g. legal, privacy teams) • Assist the GRC Manager with promoting a culture of security • Serve as a key lead to the Manager of Governance, Risk & Compliance • Work with vendors, as needed • Other duties as requested by VP of Technology and Security or other senior leaders

• Define and execute the enterprise governance, risk and compliance program for Sellers Dorsey • Coordinate the organization’s risk strategy and compliance programs (HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST) • Manage third-party security risk management to ensure proactive protection of systems and data • Ensure clear and persistent communication with all business units (e.g. legal, privacy teams) • Lead Associate Director and foster a culture of security awareness • Serve as a key partner to the CTO, VP of Technology and Security, executive team, and product leaders • Report to the VP of Enterprise Technology and Information Security
