We appreciate the individuality of the people around us. *This position is fully remote and can sit anywhere in the US JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a skilled Performance Test Engineer with deep, recent hands-on expertise in LoadRunner Enterprise and Apache JMeter to support an engagement focused on high-volume script development and performance test execution. This role is heavily scripting-focused, requiring advanced VuGen (C required) experience across multiple protocols (HTTP, SAP, SOAP, etc.) and the ability to design, execute, and analyze load, stress, endurance, and capacity tests for COTS, SaaS, and custom applications. The engineer will collaborate with Application Architects and Product Owners to translate requirements into performance scenarios, integrate with Dynatrace and Splunk for monitoring insights, troubleshoot authentication challenges (LDAP, SAML, SSO), and identify both application and infrastructure bottlenecks across AWS and Azure environments. The ideal candidate is highly proficient, self-sufficient, Agile-experienced (Jira/Confluence), comfortable in Microsoft environments, and brings a collaborative, communicative, and humble approach to driving performance optimization initiatives.
