Required: - Degree: BS degree in a field of Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math. - Minimum of six years of post-graduate marine, power, or manufacturing plant technical experience. - Must be able to attain NAVSEA certifications in Classic and Backfit RCM (per the MIL-STD-3034 (RCM) Process). - Security Requirements: Must be eligible to possess a final U.S. Government security clearance. - Experience with Navy and commercial ship Design Specifications and maintenance management. - Experience or fluency with reading and comprehending engineering drawings, technical manuals, and other technical documentation for RAM analysis. - Fluency in relevant maintenance and reliability engineering tools (i.e., Reliability Block Diagrams, Fault Tree Analysis, Failure Mode, Effects, and Criticality Analysis). - Familiar with reliability analysis software (i.e., Reliasoft, RAPTOR, Windchill). - Passion for enhancing naval operations through innovative RAM practices. - This position is primarily remote with occasional travel to the Washington Navy Yard or CACI Chantilly office. Desired: - Active USCG license. - Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional or Certified Reliability Engineer. - The ideal candidate will have a background in reliability engineering and shipboard operations.
