Responsibilities - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to develop and implement new features - Write high-quality, reusable, and maintainable code in React and React Native - Contribute to and maintain a comprehensive test suite to ensure the quality and stability of the application - Optimize application performance and improve the user experience - Implement best practices in our build and deployment processes - Ensuring that our architecture enables scaling both our team and user-base - Establishing processes for monitoring performance, device logs, and exceptions - Mentor and guide other Front End engineers on the team - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality
