Overview Job Summary: Responsible for providing back-office support in various capacities to the internal & external client team members in accordance with policies, procedures, and quality standards; establish a good working relationship with team members and department contacts to maintain and continuously strive to improve the level of overall service being provided. Continuously strive to improve efficiencies and maintain an expert level in internal and external applications. Responsibilities Essential Duties: Essential duties noted below may vary by position and/or client needs.
