National Client Executive – CT Imaging
Philips
• Lead sales and business development activities with selected Strategic Accounts for Philips Imaging products. • Work strategically at the C-Level and cross-functionally with internal sales and service teams. • Manage contracts and relationships with selected Strategic Accounts in the Market. • Drive development and execution of strategy for Philips Imaging in collaboration with leaders to grow share in National DICs and/or specialty segment accounts. • Establish and own long-term C-Suite relationships based on mutual value creation. • Identify a strong funnel of growth potential by analyzing contract status, standardization plans, evaluating current contracts, products, needs, care gaps, install base, growth objectives, and expansion strategies.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of field sales experience.
- Medical Capital Sales Experience required with a proven track record of developing and maintaining C level relationships.
- Diagnostic Imaging Industry Experience Required with deep product knowledge and expertise within imaging (CT/MR/DXR/Ultrasound and Services).
- Experience selling into accounts characterized by a complex sales cycle with multiple decision makers with demonstrated success in effectively navigating the C-Suite to develop long-term partnerships required
- Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years and a Master’s degree; or equivalent work experience.
- Must be able to successfully perform minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.
- Strong Business Acumen and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.

We’re hiring an Account Installation Senior Representative. For this highly technical, incredibly fast-paced, production-based role, you will build client accounts within the claims system for new and existing clients. You'll be responsible for reviewing, coding benefits, and ensuring compliance with required mandated Legislation. You'll meet the highest performance metrics, resolving service issues and managing inventory within the stated cycle times. What you’ll do: - Analyze information and load data into BIDS/BA applications and Dentacom (claim system) - Provides information for medical/dental to CIGNA Healthcare Representatives for the delivery of superior customer service - Utilizes the Benefit Information Decision application (BIDs) to complete and deliver benefit plan information via the Benefit Access (BA)/Dentacom application - Works with appropriate systems and matrix partners through the Case Installation process to ensure benefit representation for all accounts - Meet the needs of the Benefit and Claim Inquiry, and drive consistency across Client Operations - Work with matrix partners to ensure that information is correct and to obtain missing information - Review and analyze accounts to ensure compliance with legislation What you’ll need to do the job: - High School Diploma or GED required, bachelor's degree, preferred - 2+ years of Dental experience, preferred - 1+ years of Benefit Access experience, a plus - Experience or familiarity with multiple Cigna applications, such as Benefit Inventory System, Dentacom, ePro, Vista and Webster, highly preferred - Experience working with complex National Account structure and benefits, preferred - Proficient PC skills with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, Word), required - Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and analytical skills with the ability to independently prioritize and deliver results, required - Strong interpersonal skills with experience collaborating across matrix partners, including Implementation Managers, preferred If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
