Responsibilities: As a Permanent Audit Manager, your primary responsibilities will include: 1. Overseeing and managing all aspects of the non-profit audit process, including planning, fieldwork, and completion of financial statements. 2. Reviewing and preparing financial statements, footnotes, and all other client deliverables. 3. Ensuring compliance with all accounting standards, regulations, and laws. 4. Identifying and communicating accounting and auditing matters to senior management and clients. 5. Supervising and mentoring junior staff, promoting their professional growth and development. 6. Collaborating with partners and clients to provide strategic and financial insights. 7. Managing multiple engagements and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within budget. 8. Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the Permanent Audit Manager position must possess the following qualifications: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting or equivalent, with a focus on auditing. 2. An active CPA license. 3. Extensive experience in auditing non-profit organizations. 4. Proven experience as a controller or similar role. 5. Strong knowledge of CAS (Cost Accounting Standards). 6. Experience in both private and public sectors. 7.
