What You Bring Experience & Skills - 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting, ideally in a high-growth or startup environment. - A proven track record placing top talent in Software Engineering, Data/AI/ML, and Product & Design roles. - Real experience sourcing and hiring across North America, Central America, and South America. - A sharp eye for fraudulent candidates and the instincts to act on it fast. - Fluency with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, JazzHR, Ashby) and modern sourcing tools. Mindset & Approach - C1+ English proficiency. - Multilingual ability is a strong plus, nearshore hiring means language bridges matter. - You understand where technology is heading and bring that context to every conversation. - You take full ownership. No waiting to be asked, no hand-holding needed. - You are a fast starter who earns trust quickly and operates with a high degree of autonomy. - You thrive under pressure, stay sharp in ambiguity, and bring your best when the stakes are high.
