• We are seeking an experienced Automation QA Lead to join our dynamic and growing team. • In this hybrid role, you will work hands-on with automation frameworks while also leading and mentoring a QA team of up to 4–5 Automation Engineers. • You will be responsible for driving quality strategies, overseeing automation efforts, and ensuring best‑in‑class delivery across our enterprise applications. • This role collaborates closely with development teams in India and North America, as well as business and customer stakeholders. • Perform end-to-end testing across FUT, SIT, and UAT phases. • Build, enhance, and maintain robust automation suites using Playwright + Python. • Lead validation testing and regression automation for critical business workflows. • Validate EDI transactions, business-critical reports, and ensure data accuracy across integrated systems. • Translate technical specifications into detailed test scenarios, test cases, and automation scripts. • Drive continuous improvements in automation frameworks, QA processes, and tooling. • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 4–5 QA Automation Engineers, conducting regular check-ins, code reviews, and skill-building sessions. • Define and enforce QA best practices, automation standards, and coding guidelines across the team. • Oversee task allocation, workload balancing, and timely delivery across multiple parallel projects. • Partner with engineering leads, product stakeholders, and project managers to shape quality roadmap, risk assessments, and release strategies. • Provide leadership on test planning, test strategy, estimation, and quality metrics for all releases. • Ensure the team maintains high standards of test coverage, automation stability, and defect prevention. • Represent QA in cross‑functional discussions, release readiness reviews, and customer-facing updates.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with US-based suppliers, serving as the primary contact for quality-related matters. • Conduct supplier facility and process audits to verify compliance with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements. • Investigate and resolve supplier-related quality issues by identifying root causes and driving corrective and preventive actions. • Identify opportunities for process and quality improvements within the supplier network, with a focus on defect reduction and cost optimization. • Maintain comprehensive records of supplier performance, audits, source inspections, and corrective actions. • Communicate quality findings, risks, and recommendations effectively to engineering, manufacturing, and procurement teams. • Perform source inspections on mechanical assemblies, including review of First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR), sampling inspection plans, material traceability, and special processing. • Conduct supplier onboarding for new US suppliers, including on-site assessments and verification of contractual and regulatory compliance.

The Clinical QA Supervisor is responsible for the oversight of the review of Physician reports and accompanying medical records to ensure that the report is complete, accurate, and consistent with medical evidence. Oversight of QA staff  - Ensure appropriate QA staff are assigned to each file to designate file handling responsibilities amongst the team. - Supervise the assigned staff and manage the File Review Board to ensure a timely and accurate process of each file.   - Provide details of board reviews to managers to ensure efficiency and productivity of staff. - Assist in identifying & correcting staff performance including promotions, discipline, coaching and termination of staff.  - Assist in hiring qualified candidates for QA open positions. Ensure that all QA staff adhere to and meet their specific job duties including but not limited to: - Following up with Physicians for outstanding reports - Reviewing received reports for accuracy - Delivering completed reports back to all applicable parties - Following all client-specific instructions - Actively participate in issue resolution by working with the required QA, physicians, account managers, and/or other related parties. - Ensure referrals meet the client-directed Turn Around Time (TAT). - Act as the liaison between the reviewer, team member and client regarding the process  or status of the file. - Other duties & special projects, as assigned and based on business needs.

• Responsible for testing mobile applications to ensure functionality, usability, performance, and stability. • Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle. • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for financial applications. • Perform both manual and automated testing as required to ensure software quality and stability. • Formulate test cases and test scenarios derived from requirements and design documents, especially for mobile applications (iOS and Android). • Collaborate with software engineering teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications. • Testing required flows, create and maintain QA documentation including test plans and reports. • Execute diverse testing methodologies encompassing manual black box, user interface, regression, functional, and integration testing. • Complete User Acceptance Test(s) periodically to keep applications bug free. • Identify, document, and track software defects using Jira. • Provide assistance in the development of the test automation framework when required. • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to improve software quality throughout the development lifecycle. • Participate in sprint planning and daily stand-ups in an Agile/Scrum environment
