Communication - Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with global teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales. - Customer Support: Offer ongoing technical support to customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing proactive solutions to maximize their experience with our products. - Account Management: Manage the relationship for major accounts & assist with product demos, new customer outreach, etc. Technical Enablement - Technical Expertise: Develop into a subject matter expert on our products, providing guidance to customers on configuration, integration, and troubleshooting. - Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and quality of data and configurations within the platform during the onboarding process. - Training and Documentation: Create and deliver training materials, documentation, and resources to empower customers to use our platform effectively. - Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in the EV market.

Role Description We’re seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager to drive core banking modernization for the small business segment. This person will lead and mentor digital product managers, financial product managers, Business Systems Consultants (BSCs), and Business Analysts (BAs), while owning deep requirements analysis, current-state configuration analysis, data transfer from mainframe to new platforms, and end-to-end process flows. Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience with mainframe-based core platforms, especially Hogan, and a track record in externalizing product and pricing rules for scale and speed. This is a hands-on product leadership role focused on rebuilding SME knowledge, stabilizing configuration governance, and accelerating modernization.
