Athlete Experience Lead, Super Age

The Opportunity As the Athlete Experience Lead at Super Age, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the journeys of our athletes participating in our immersive IRL event – the Super Age Games – and our digital community training platform, The Standard. Your responsibility will be to ensure that every athlete feels valued, supported, and empowered as they engage with our brand, extending their healthspan through engagement without content and offerings, and enhancing their overall experience. You will be both a partner to, and advocate for, our athletes as we design programming and offerings for them. This role requires a dedicated individual with a passion for athletics and longevity, an innate stance of hospitality and service mindset, and a love of experience design to help develop offerings that inspire and retain our athletes. You will work closely with our executive team, event production partner(s), and community leaders and brand allies, to fostering a culture of inclusivity and motivation for our athlete community. What You Will Own in 2026 1. Athlete Onboarding and Engagement: Super Age Games - Objective: Create a seamless onboarding experience for athletes registering for the Super Age Games, including special attention to the Champion [premium] pass holders. - Execution: You will own and drive the development of onboarding materials, design and facilitate welcome flows and community experiences, and create personalized communication plans to engage athletes before, during, and after their event experience. 2. The Standard: Engagement & Development - Objectives: 1) Own user communication and product tweaks to get our intended user behavior on our training platform, the Standard; 2) Inform product development roadmap based on user behavior. - Execution: Collaborate with our entire team to make sure our users are getting the value of the platform, and drive discussions and roadmapping about how we build out the platform to drive maximum value to our community. 3. Community Building - Goal: Foster a strong community among our athletes that encourages support, friendship, and collaboration. - Execution: Organize social events, create community forums, and facilitate group activities. Maintain engagement through newsletters, our consumer platform, and social media interactions.

Job Requirements

  • Athletic Background: You have a deep passion for athletics, sports participation, or coaching, as well as a strong understanding of athlete needs and experiences.
  • Experience Design & Hospitality Expertise: You have experience in designing and hosting events, and understand how small details shape one's experience, including digital events.
  • Consumer Product/App Experience: You have experience owning product and/or community management workflows for a consumer app, ideally related to fitness. You have a strong sense of how to use user behavior data, user feedback, and product objectives to inform new features that lead to product engagement, momentum, and growth.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Your verbal and written communication skills are excellent, enabling you to connect with athletes on various levels.
  • You can perform this role from anywhere in the USA, though a preference will be given to candidates located on the East Coast and those in/near New York City for closer collaboration with our executive team.
