Job Requirements
- 5+ years in product management, user experience research, product design, or related fields
- Bachelor’s degree in product design, engineering, economics, or related disciplines
- Proven track record contributing to the launch and iteration of enterprise-scale digital platforms (internal or external), preferably consumer-facing products
- Experience leading user research initiatives (e.g., interviews, usability testing, surveys, ethnographic research, journey mapping)
- Experience translating research insights into actionable product requirements and roadmap decisions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience working within Agile product development environments

Role Description We’re seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager to drive core banking modernization for the small business segment. This person will lead and mentor digital product managers, financial product managers, Business Systems Consultants (BSCs), and Business Analysts (BAs), while owning deep requirements analysis, current-state configuration analysis, data transfer from mainframe to new platforms, and end-to-end process flows. Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience with mainframe-based core platforms, especially Hogan, and a track record in externalizing product and pricing rules for scale and speed. This is a hands-on product leadership role focused on rebuilding SME knowledge, stabilizing configuration governance, and accelerating modernization.
