Role Description We’re seeking a dynamic AutoCAD Drafter to support our Engineering Services Team. In this role, you will develop Engineering Judgments/Technical Evaluations and produce accurate 2D technical drawings using AutoCAD. You’ll work closely with engineers and subject matter experts to interpret specifications, create detailed documentation, and maintain consistent, high‑quality system files. This position focuses on precision, clarity, and timely delivery within established service‑level expectations. This role is remote‑friendly. Candidates within commuting distance of our Somerville, New Jersey headquarters will be required to complete initial onsite training and may be asked to come into the office for periodic meetings or collaboration. Remote candidates outside the region will complete training virtually. Qualifications - Workable knowledge of: - AutoCAD - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams - Adobe and Salesforce (or similar task‑based software) - Basic paint/drawing software - Helpful but not required: - Smartsheets (or similar task‑based platforms) - SolidWorks - Revit or Inventor - Additional technical drafting coursework - Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow standardized drafting procedures. - Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members. - Willingness to adapt to new systems and continue learning relevant software. Requirements - Draft and modify technical drawings in AutoCAD based on engineering specifications and client needs. - Utilize dynamic blocks and maintain consistent drawing standards across all projects. - Provide drafting and technical support in AutoCAD format to support firestop applications. - Review, revise, and quality-check engineering documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance. - Organize and manage project files systematically to allow easy access and revisions. - Communicate effectively with engineers and team members to clarify specifications and resolve drafting-related issues. - Work within established CAD standards, templates, and workflows. - Maintain a structured digital file system for easy retrieval and reference. - Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to streamline drafting processes. • Support the development and refinement of PowerPoint templates aligned to ABC’s new brand style guide • Create reusable slide components, layouts, and master slides • Help standardize visual elements across decks to ensure brand consistency • Apply brand guidelines to internal and external materials • Assist in updating legacy assets to reflect updated design standards • Ensure visual consistency across marketing touchpoints • Create and edit marketing materials including digital assets, internal presentations, and campaign visuals • Resize, adapt, and version creative assets for different channels • Work closely with marketing and brand stakeholders to iterate on designs • Incorporate feedback thoughtfully and efficiently • Participate in creative reviews and team discussions • Stay current on design trends, presentation best practices, and emerging tools • Contribute fresh, creative ideas while learning how to design within an established brand system

• Design, adapt, update, and modify brand assets across social, video, web, email, events, swag and marketing campaigns • Adapt creative concepts across formats and cities with consistency and polish • Work closely with our Senior Graphic Designer to adapt the existing visual brand and style • Occasionally support basic social and video ad creative, including layouts optimized for motion and performance • Create and effectively manage a workflow for handling design requests across multiple stakeholders and competing priorities • Build and maintain reusable templates and toolkits • Organize and maintain City Cast’s design system, including asset management, documentation, and access • Apply and uphold City Cast’s visual brand consistently across all platforms and markets • Serve as a trusted partner to Editorial, Marketing, Revenue, and city teams

• Lead the development of creative concepts for campaigns and communication projects, translating marketing strategies into relevant, consistent visual solutions aligned with the brand. • Actively participate in building and evolving the brand's visual narratives, ensuring coherence and impact across different touchpoints. • Create and adapt assets for institutional and promotional campaigns, developing materials for digital and offline environments with a high standard of quality. • Support product launches and strategic company initiatives with visual solutions that reinforce positioning and business objectives. • Work collaboratively with marketing, product, content and growth teams, contributing to institutional materials and strategic presentations. • Propose and implement creative solutions for various communication challenges, always aligned with the brand strategy. • Support the development of more junior designers by sharing best practices, references and creative resources. • Contribute actively to the evolution of the team's creative culture and to the continuous improvement of the quality standards of deliverables.
