Project Portfolio Data Analyst Intern

• Collect, clean, and analyze project portfolio data from various sources • Develop and maintain portfolio reporting models and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel • Automate data collection, transformation, and reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy • Apply AI and machine learning techniques to uncover trends, predict risks, and enhance portfolio insights • Support the creation of automated reporting solutions for project status, resource allocation, and financial metrics • Assist in identifying trends, risks, and opportunities across the project portfolio • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights • Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Experience with Python, R, or similar programming languages for data analysis and automation
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
