Role Description Monte Nido is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Family Services to lead and oversee the integrity, delivery, and continuous improvement of evidence-based treatment for adults, adolescents, and their families in all our programs nationwide. This clinical leadership position is vital in maintaining fidelity to the Monte Nido clinical model, enhancing staff development, and advancing high-quality care through cross-disciplinary collaboration and integration of current research. Responsibilities Include: - Clinical Leadership & Supervision - Provide individual case consultation for all family therapists across the organization as needed. - Facilitate a 1x monthly drop-in group family supervision for both our adolescent-focused and adult-focused multidisciplinary team members. - Attend virtual clinical rounds as needed nationwide, providing clinical support in conjunction with Clinical Services colleagues. - Family Programming & Support - Facilitate groups for parents/caregivers. - Manage Monte Nido’s once-monthly “Family Friday” Virtual Webinar for all caregivers across the brands; booking each month’s presenters, hosting the webinar, and providing the event recap to families/teams. - Aid in the development and maintenance of family services resources/materials on the Monte Nido Client & Family Portal. - Assist admissions by communicating with potential families navigating the admissions process. - Training & Development - Lead quarterly virtual clinical trainings on family therapy for all new hires. - Support the training and onboarding of new clinical staff at De Novos as needed. - Collaborate on the development of family therapy training plans. - Collaborate with Clinical Services colleagues to update and expand clinical session guidelines, curricula, and assessment tools to align with best practices and emerging evidence in adolescent eating disorder treatment. - Program Development & Consultation - Collaborate with Clinical Services colleagues on onboarding resources, orientation materials, family programming curriculum, and family education tools. - Supervision & Strategic Partnership - Meet weekly with the Vice President of Clinical Services for supervision, clinical oversight, and progress on strategic project deliverables. - Attend clinical services leadership meetings to contribute to broader organizational goals and multidisciplinary collaboration. Qualifications - Licensed mental health clinician (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, PhD, or PsyD) with a strong background in FBT, Adolescent Focused Family Therapy, and Adult Family Therapy. - Minimum 3–5 years of experience in eating disorder treatment, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role. - Quarterly travel for leadership meetings and travel as needed onsite for initial onboarding and ongoing training. - Proven expertise in evidence-based treatment models, particularly FBT, Adolescent-Focused Therapy, and DBT. - Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to lead and mentor clinical teams and drive projects forward. - Commitment to inclusive, person-centered care and familiarity with weight-inclusive practices.
