• Define, maintain, and evolve the investment product roadmap, ensuring alignment with firm strategy while emphasizing usability, scalability, and long-term growth. • Collaborate with advisor teams, operations, client service, incentive compensation, technology, and support teams to identify opportunities, gather requirements, and prioritize enhancements. • Lead continuous improvement initiatives by proposing workflow enhancements, automation, and AI-driven capabilities that increase efficiency, adoption, and advisor experience. • Own and prioritize the investment development backlog, translating business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable requirements. • Facilitate sprint planning, refinement, and prioritization sessions in partnership with engineering and leadership to ensure consistent execution and on-time delivery. • Work cross-functionally to design and implement workflows across investment platforms and custodians, ensuring seamless integration for Wealth teams. • Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex business needs into scalable, technical solutions. • Serve as relationship manager for key platform partners (e.g., Orion, Charles River, CAIS, InvestorTools), coordinating roadmap alignment, integrations, and enhancements. • Support testing, user acceptance, training, and rollout communications; monitor adoption and performance through KPIs and user feedback to inform future enhancements.
Job Requirements
- 5 years of experience in platform/product management or investment operations with a focus
- Familiarity with investment providers (e.g. Orion, BlackDiamond, Blaze, Charles River, CAIS, Order Management, Cash Management, TAMPs, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree

• Responsible for financial claims expense invoicing, reporting, analysis and forecasting • Develop, analyze, interpret, report, and present historical and/or forecasted financial claims expense and stop loss coverage information • Prepare claims expense financials, estimated claim expense and financial forecasts • Prepare financial and business-related analysis and research • Coordinate and direct the preparation of stop loss coverage for employer groups or stop loss vendors
• Leads, coordinates, and supports provider compensation and revenue cycle analysis for assigned support group • Provide analytical support for the development and measurement of production, compensation, and operational targets and models • Monitor and analyze provider revenue cycle indicators, identifying opportunities for improved performance • Work with Regional Administrators, Hospital and Physician Leadership, to ensure productivity/compensation are reported and paid accurately and timely • Ensure accurate budgeting and strong monitoring of financial results to maximize efficiency and identify margin enhancement opportunities • Coordinate provider performance and compensation analysis and reporting process • Independently analyze and complete monthly performance reports for non-academic provider practice entities • Maintain physician compensation and contract management software • Monitor total compensation payments made to providers to ensure compliance with compensation plan • Communicate with leadership regarding negative variances and rolling projections • Continuously monitor revenue cycle performance improvement opportunities • Develop & Monitor Physician compensation Models • Oversee the maintenance of physician compensation plans, incentive payment calculations, and productivity tools & reports • Collaborate with Hospital Finance & Reimbursement team on financial projections
