Brief team/department description: Be a part of Azurity’s Virtual Sales Team as we evolve and adapt in the way we engage with our customers. The Virtual Sales Specialist at Azurity is responsible for launching new products, promoting established brands and driving performance all in a Virtual/Remote setting. Principle Responsibilities: - Maximize sales opportunities as provided by our proprietary routing tool to drive product demand. - Profile and manage targeted list of healthcare professionals and provide value-added benefits to grow products. - Manage daily sales call activity to optimize time and maximize the success of sales and market share objectives. - Develop and execute a strategic business plan for a geographical area to effectively target, penetrate, and establish a network of relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders - Effectively engage on a virtual platform, with physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, etc., across multiple medical subspecialties - Manage virtual relationships through 100% virtual engagements – being able to leverage next gen ways of working to maximize efficiency. - Utilize data sources to maximize strategies and efficiencies to capitalize on opportunities with the greatest ROI. - Attain or exceed assigned sales and profit goals plus meet all daily MBO expectations - Manage and track territory specific information through Sales Force CRM system Qualifications and Education Requirements - Bachelor’s degree - 2-3 years of Sales Experience (B2B preferred) #LI-Remote Physical & Mental Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
