This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality, reliable data flows from source systems into Rezilient Health’s warehouse through hands-on validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance across clinical and claims datasets. The position is highly execution-oriented, with the majority of time spent in spreadsheets and files performing data analysis, employer mapping, eligibility matching, and eligibility/claims validation from implementation through the full employer lifecycle. In addition to technical execution, this role serves as a cross-functional data partner to Operations, Clinical, and Finance – asking the right questions, translating needs into clear requirements, and working with engineers to convert ad-hoc workflows into repeatable, scalable processes that improve data consistency and operational rigor over time.

• Translate market trends, customer requirements, and product vision into detailed specifications and effectively communicate these to development teams. • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, guiding them through the development lifecycle, clarifying requirements, and recommending solutions. • Collaborate with software engineering teams to prioritize tasks, estimate timelines, and plan sprint deliverables. • Partner with program and project management teams to monitor feature implementation and ensure milestone achievement. • Develop and execute structured test plans for prototype software validation. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud-based services, APIs, and web-based engineering tools. • Conduct engineering tests and coordinate software proofs-of-concept (POCs) to evaluate feasibility and applicability. • Lead project management activities from initiation to launch, managing KPIs and project plans across cost, quality, time, delivery, and methodology. • Coordinate cross-functional teams and oversee deliverables to meet project objectives. • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; escalate issues as needed. • Establish best practices and tools to enhance project execution efficiency. • Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers. • Ensure compliance with Product Development Process requirements.

• Lead end-to-end technical implementations of Vuture, owning delivery from kickoff through go-live. • Configure the Vuture platform to meet customer requirements, including workflows, data structures, permissions, and integrations. • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers during implementation, leading discovery sessions, solution reviews, and delivery checkpoints. • Translate customer business requirements into scalable, best-practice technical solutions. • Identify technical risks early and drive resolution through hands-on work or cross-functional collaboration. • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success teams to troubleshoot issues, resolve blockers, and ensure a smooth handover post-launch.
