Job Description The Voice User Interface (VUI) Designer is responsible for creating intuitive, user-centered voice experiences for IVR applications across speech and DTMF channels. This role owns the design of call flows and conversational interactions, ensuring that IVR solutions are easy to use, effective, and aligned with business goals. The position works closely with Product Owners, IVR Engineers, Application Architects, and speech scientists. It bridges customer experience design and technical implementation by translating requirements into clear call flows, design specifications, and user stories that guide development and tuning efforts.
