Role Description Our client is seeking an Animator / Motion Graphics Designer to create visually compelling animations and motion graphics for marketing, training, and brand campaigns. This role blends artistic creativity with technical skill, producing video intros, explainer animations, advertisements, and dynamic visual assets that engage audiences and elevate brand identity. Responsibilities - Animation & Motion Graphics: - Create 2D and 3D animations, kinetic typography, and motion graphics for videos, ads, and presentations. - Develop animated sequences for explainer videos, product demos, or social campaigns. - Work with storyboards and scripts to bring creative concepts to life. - Visual Design Integration: - Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and marketing teams to combine motion with static assets. - Ensure animations align with brand guidelines, tone, and messaging. - Optimize assets for multi-platform delivery (social media, web, broadcast). - Tools & Software: - Use Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, Cinema 4D, or Blender. - Manage project files, plugins, and asset libraries. - Collaboration & Feedback: - Work with creative directors and stakeholders to refine concepts. - Incorporate client/stakeholder feedback quickly and efficiently while maintaining creative quality. - Optimization & Delivery: - Export final animations in multiple formats (MP4, GIF, MOV, WebM) optimized for different platforms. - Ensure smooth playback, appropriate resolution, and minimal file sizes without sacrificing quality.
