Job Requirements
- Ship quality code quickly, and have a history of shipping projects from conception to execution.
- Have informed architectural opinions (but also be flexible when others disagree!)
- Love to work with a team and collaborate towards a shared goal
- Care about the people around you: other employees, customers, and of course all of the supportive people in your personal life.
- Be familiar with TypeScript, and ready to work with our stack (NextJS / PostgreSQL / serverless hosting on Vercel etc)
- Have experience working with and optimizing LLMs. Bonus points if you’re familiar with fine-tuning, data pipelines, etc.
- Overlap with US Pacific Time for at least 4 working hours between 9am and 5pm.

Your day to day as a Web Application Developer In this role, you will write well designed, testable, efficient code for the development of the CIMS web application suite of cemetery management products. Additionally, you will provide direct customer support for CIMS cloud clients, create and maintain software documentation, and be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling the CIMS cloud application and other web-based applications Ramaker develops. What matters most To thrive as a Web Application Developer, you will possess a bachelor's degree in a computer science related field or have at least five years of relevant experience. You will be proficient in modern programming techniques and frameworks and have a deep understanding of Amazon Web Services and PHP/Laravel. Exposure to TALL Stack (Tailwind, Alpine.js, Laravel, and Livewire), Tilestache, Mapnik, Leaflet, Javascript, JSON, PostgreSQL, Geographic Information Systems (GIS) technologies are preferred.
