The Opportunity Adverteyes is the creative intelligence platform driving sales for the world’s leading brands. In addition to serving advertisers directly, we work with advertising technology partners to bring creative signal directly into existing workflows. Finding the right partners and delivering world-class integrations is a strategic imperative. We’re looking for a Parter Solutions Director with experience in a high-growth environments. You have experience building a partner ecosystem from early foundations into a serious revenue and distribution channel. And you want to do it again at the frontier of creative AI. The Partner Landscape You’ll be stepping into a rich and fast-moving industry. Our integrations sit inside different environments: creative production, agentic workflows, campaign measurement. Our roadmap extends into AI-founded creative tools, major platform measurement suites, and ultimately into the creative production and distribution infrastructure that the industry is rebuilding from scratch. Existing technology partner integrations feature: Clinch, CreativeX, Nielsen, Smartly and more. What You’ll Do - Own and develop the full partner relationship for each integration — commercial, technical, and strategic — from day-to-day health to joint GTM execution, and ongoing business expansion - Build and execute co-selling and co-marketing with existing partners: joint pipeline, case studies, and shared narratives - Identify, qualify, and close new integration partnerships — building the business case internally and externally, from first conversation to live integration - Engage credibly at the product and engineering level: scope integration requirements, participate in architecture discussions, and translate between what our engineering team builds and what a partner’s team needs - Work with Adverteyes product to shape the integration roadmap based on partner feedback and commercial opportunity - Track and report on partner-sourced pipeline What We’re Looking For You’ve been in high-growth environment before — as a partnerships, alliances, or solutions engineering lead — and you’ve seen what separates a healthy partner ecosystem from a list of logos. - Track record in partnerships or technical alliances — ideally through a meaningful growth inflection - Commercial sharpness: you think in revenue, mutual value, and expansion potential, not just relationship warmth - Exceptional organizational skills and comfort working in a dynamic working environment - Technical literacy that earns you a seat in product and engineering conversations - Familiarity with the major advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon) and how measurement and creative tools work around them What We Provide - A pivotal role at a newly formed company on the right side of the AI creative wave — where your work directly shapes commercial outcomes - Collaboration with a world-class data science and engineering team building genuinely novel measurement technology - Competitive compensation - Flexibility and autonomy - Full onboarding on our platform, methodology, integrations, and the landscape we operate in Interested? About the role: - We’re looking for a Head of Partnerships to build and lead a focused partnerships function that expands GTM distribution through both our SI and agency ecosystem, and key tech alliances. - This is a hands-on leadership role at a critical inflection point. You will set the strategy, defined and expand the partner portfolio, and turn a focused number of high-conviction bets into repeatable motions with clear plays, enablement, and measurement. - You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to make partnerships a durable multiplier for pipeline, deal progression, implementations, and expansion.
