Role Description Provide life insurance producers with specific advanced planning and illustration support to generate life insurance sales. This includes, but is not limited to, understanding advanced estate and business planning concepts, case design, developing advanced planning marketing tools, and presenting planning concepts. Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time: - Advanced sales case design - Advanced case research and development - Ability to fully understand client life needs – income protection, estate planning, replacement - Review available approved products per wirehouse and select carriers, products, and design that are best for the client - Creation of advanced sales marketing tools - Preparation of sales presentation, including obtaining compliance approval from financial institution - Act as a liaison between financial institutions, agents and carrier home offices to facilitate sales - Support the sale of carrier specific and Crump proprietary advanced sales deliverables - Maintain in-depth knowledge of approved carriers & products by financial institution, including new products, product changes, transitions, repricing, limitations, riders, etc. - Effectively communicate on a regular basis with sales team, carrier wholesalers, internal sales desks, and case managers, to ensure open communication on product, changes, etc. Qualifications - Effective interpersonal and written communication skills - Ability to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers - Effective time management skills - Ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously - Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment - Ability to work in a self-directed fashion - Experience with PCs in a Windows environment - Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office software products - Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions - Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization - Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience - Experience with advanced case design, research and complex cases - Experience creating marketing tools to drive sales - Solid understanding of various tax and legal rules, as it pertains to life insurance - Excellent writing and technical research skills - Exceptional organizational skills - Knowledge of carrier life products, specific advanced sales concepts and illustration software Requirements - Professional designation (CLU, CFP, ChFC, CPA, or related practices including law) - Insurance brokerage experience Benefits - A comprehensive benefits package that includes PTO, medical, dental, vision, retirement savings, disability insurance, and life insurance.

As an Inside Property Adjuster within the Property Central Specialty Office, you will provide exceptional service to our policyholders.
