Role Description The Sr Global Buyer role will report to the Sr Manager of Global Procurement. In this position, you will be responsible for the management and execution of KBI global procurement to pay strategy. You will manage timely conversion of Purchase Requisitions and execution of Purchase Orders to support KBI Strategic projects. You shall work closely with the respective requestors across the business as well as other corporate functions. - Contribute to the development and implementation of procurement processes for the defined categories across relevant legal entities. - Contribute to developing a culture of continuous improvements on processes and tools in close collaboration with other expert positions in the company including Procurement Excellence, Global Process Owners, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), IT experts, Controlling and Global Process Management. - Establishing and managing relationships with significant strategic suppliers. - Providing detailed quality work through all systems touched to ensure quality data upload into KBI systems. - Work with Finance for any escalation queries related to Purchase Requisitions / Purchase Orders. - Meet sales representatives or other related partners to define and understand specifications on specific sourcing initiatives. - Proactively apply best practices. - Collaborate with the Global Business Services organization to coach colleagues and contribute to the success of the operational model for the Purchase-to-Pay process (buyers’ role). Responsibility Approximate % of Time: - Timely Global Purchase Requisition (PR) conversion and Purchase Order (PO) management for the procurement of raw materials, consumables, and services as assigned. 20% - Maintain purchase order status and monitor release status of ordered materials as necessary. This includes issuance, change orders, maintenance, and PO closures. Also, assist in unblocking issues with invoices. 30% - Liaising with vendor/suppliers and Supply Chain to resolve procurement related issues and concerns. This includes PO cancel requests, expedites, and defers. Assist with attaining supplier related documents such as COA, packing slips, etc. 20% - Ensure that risk management assessment and mitigation strategies are in place aligned with the Business. Buyers also issue via PO to Supplier and with AP for any billings/credits related to returns of defective materials. 10% - Support centralization of P2P Buying process & establishment of Global Buyer Team. Internal Customer Service: Cohesive workflow between planners, buyers, warehouse, and Accounts Payables. 10% - Responsible for the monitoring and maintenance of Procurement related master data for each project (such as lead times, pricing, moq, etc.) to ensure the systems are effectively planning future requirements in MRP. 10% Qualifications - Degree preferred or a minimum of 12+ years of related experience or a combination of experience and education. - Prior experience in biotech/pharmaceutical industry is preferred. - CPP or CPIM certification a plus. - MRP knowledge required. - Demonstrated competency in P2P operations. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - SAP experience preferred. - Ability to demonstrate a sense of urgency to complete tasks on time. - Customer Service mindset with ability to deliver independently and work well within a team. - Basic computer skills i.e. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Ability to lead work, lead continuous improvements, and assist supervisor/manager as assigned including reporting and team metrics. - Ability to identify and help execute continuous improvement activities. - Rigorous and committed collaborator and agile. - Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents. - Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints. - Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on technical/complex topics to Exec. management and internal customers alike. Job Requirements

Job Summary The Senior Contract Manager, Ancillary Network Contracting, will be part of the Point32Health Ancillary Network Contracting team reporting to the Manager, Ancillary Network Contracting. Senior Contract Manager will operate with minimal oversite to manage ancillary specialties, for Harvard Pilgrim and Tufts Health networks for all lines of business. The Senior Contract Manager is responsible for provider specialties that are more complex in reimbursement, benefit application, and/or larger networks. The Senior Contract Manager will function as point person for provider recruitments; determining network needs and evaluating prospective providers. The Senior Contract Manager will be responsible for working on contract negotiation and administration; adhering to plan reimbursement strategies. This individual will ensure that contract terms are consistent with the organization’s established legal and financial guidelines.
