Business Systems Analyst
General Dynamics Information Technology
• Serve as a strategic partner to technical teams and business stakeholders • Coordinate with Developers and service providers for task assignments • Define project requirements and establish project estimates • Provide support to development and testing scrum teams • Ensure timely delivery of solutions in conjunction with project sponsors • Provide industry thought leadership to team members • Manage multiple IT projects simultaneously • Present and communicate at all levels within the organization • Assist in requirements management
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of related experience
- Strong business analysis skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adjust well in constantly changing environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effective at building strong business relationships across teams
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Project, Excel)
- Knowledge of Change Management and Configuration Management (ServiceNow, etc.)
- Knowledge/experience with SDLC practices
- Bachelor's degree desired but not required
