Senior System Engineer

• Overseeing and managing the IT infrastructure of the organization • Offering technical expertise and guidance to Engineers while architecting IAM/IDP and SaaS solutions • Collaborating as part of a team to design integrated systems • Ensuring seamless integration between OKTA, Google Workspace, and Slack • Developing comprehensive roadmaps for identity governance maturation • Ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions through reviews and testing processes • Collaborating with other teams to develop and implement strategic IT policies and best practices
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years in IAM strategy development and execution
- Advanced proficiency in IAM/IDP (OKTA), API integrations, and forward thinking
- Demonstrated experience in multi-year technology roadmap planning
- Track record of successful large-scale IAM transformations
- Knowledge of identity governance frameworks and compliance requirements
- Understanding of zero-trust architecture principles and implementation strategies
- Demonstrable experience of Okta components such as: user lifecycle, advanced MFA, OIG would be great
- Experience in passwordless and device state implementations in OKTA (or EntraID etc)
- Experience working in Agile (Atlassian suite), and SaaS stack (google, slack, etc)
- Knowledge of GIT, TF, IaaC, CaaC experience is a big plus
- Demonstrable proficiency in use of gemini, claude etc in the role (AI efficiency, not-being scared to use, embracing risks and benefits - which helps with understanding and building with AI in mind)
- Knowledge of code/no-code/low-code, building workflows in Okta workflows or other toolsExperience of work with HRIS tools for upstream
- Experience of handling and building/deconstructing for M&As
- Experience in managing and participating in the complete lifecycle of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&As) related to systems and infrastructure
