Senior Business Systems Analyst – eComm
Dexcom
• Manage relationships with business partners and ensure delivery of IT features that meet the goals and objectives of the organization. • Take ownership within the team for support of Commercial and Tech Support portfolio features and collaborate with other analysts within the team. • Assist in the planning, design, development of new Enterprise Application implementations and projects and enhancements. • Gather requirements with business users and IT team members to provide optimal solutions for business needs. • Create and maintain documentation on interfaces, jobs, schemas, standard operating procedures, and work instructions pertaining to data, data movement, systems, and databases. • Troubleshoot incidents, fulfill support requests, and ensure the overall health of Commercial and Tech Support Team managed applications.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, and a minimum of 5-8 years related experience or Master’s degree and 2-5 years equivalent industry experience or a PhD and 0-2 years experience.
- IT business capabilities ownership experience.
- Ability to work effectively with on-shore/off-shore team environment.
- Familiar with Agile (Scrum) project management methodologies.
- Prior experience working in regulated industry (Medical Device or Pharmacy).
- Experience creating Development User Stories.
