Manager, Identity and Access

North American Partners in Anesthesia

• The Identity & Access Manager is responsible for designing, building, and operationalizing a comprehensive Identity and Access Management (IAM) function across North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA). • Establish IAM strategy, governance, processes, and technology to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient access to systems, applications, and data in a regulated healthcare environment. • Design and implement NAPA’s IAM strategy, roadmap, and governance model. • Build and manage identity lifecycle processes (joiner, mover, leaver). • Implement role-based and least-privilege access controls. • Lead deployment of SSO, MFA, and federation technologies. • Establish access certification and audit-ready access review processes. • Implement and manage privileged access management (PAM) controls. • Integrate IAM solutions with HR systems, ITSM, and enterprise applications. • Partner with Security, Compliance, Audit, and Clinical IT stakeholders. • Develop IAM operational procedures, KPIs, and reporting. • Serve as IAM subject matter expert for incidents and initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of IT or Information Security experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on IAM experience, including program build-out
  • Experience in healthcare or other regulated environments preferred
  • Strong knowledge of IAM concepts, protocols, and access governance
  • Experience with IAM platforms such as Azure AD/EntraID, Okta, SailPoint, or related products
  • Experience with PAM tools such as EntraID, CyberArk or related products
  • Ability to balance security, usability, and business needs.

Role Description This position is responsible for leading the Quality ERP strategy and roadmap within SyteLine Cloud, including evaluating options, defining the implementation path, and aligning stakeholders across the enterprise. The role will focus on identifying which quality processes should be managed within SyteLine, what enhancements or integrations are needed, and driving consensus and adoption among quality leaders. - Lead the development of a strategic roadmap for quality management within SyteLine Cloud ERP, including short- and long-term goals. - Evaluate existing and potential quality modules, enhancements, and integrations to support enterprise-wide quality processes. - Collaborate with quality leaders, site teams, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and align on priorities. - Define and document project plans, milestones, and detailed actions for quality-related ERP initiatives. - Serve as the primary liaison between IT, business units, and vendors for quality-related ERP functionality. - Establish and enforce standards and best practices for quality processes within SyteLine Cloud. - Coordinate and support testing and validation of quality features, including automated testing strategies. - Maintain centralized documentation and governance tools (e.g., SharePoint) for quality ERP initiatives. - Support change management and enterprise buy-in for quality roadmap execution. - Assist project managers during implementations with quality-related software and service support. - Monitor and enforce compliance with corporate IT policies, including SOX and SOC controls related to quality systems. Qualifications - 10+ years of experience in ERP systems, with a heavy focus on quality management within a manufacturing industry (preference for Aerospace Manufacturing experience). - Bachelor’s degree in related discipline. - Demonstrated project management experience. Requirements - Strong ability to document processes, standards, and policies. - Proven problem-solving and communication skills. - Ability to travel to global sites for stakeholder engagement and project support, up to 50% as needed. - Experience with quality systems, ERP implementations, and strong cross-functional collaboration.
